Our Next Meeting

Friday 5th April 2024

An Evening with Keith Fenton

Keith will be visiting us from The Forest of Dean. He has been woodturning since he was 12 years old, so it’s safe to say he has a passion for the craft and many years of knowledge and experience to share. Keith is a valued member of the AWGB and one of their approved tutors.

In an era when we are encouraged to recycle, re-use or repurpose items for the sake of the environment, Keith will be demonstrating how to cut glass bottles and incorporate them with woodturning to make something new. If time, then he will also demonstrate some simple items such as apples and pears that are a fantastic project for any budding turners.

If you want to find out more about Keith and his wonderful work, then a visit to his website is well worthwhile:  website: www.aroundwood.co.uk

Venue: Etching Hill Village Hall

East Butts Road, Rugeley WS15 2LU

Time: 7.00pm to 9.30pm

£5 on the door. All visitors and budding artists welcome!

(All under 16yrs old are free … as long as accompanied by a well behaved adult!)
